Through prompts and a light meditation, participants will use personal and spiritual influence to generate short stories or semi-autobiographical texts. Participants will identify their personal narrative and learn some tips on storytelling. In intimate groups, participants will learn how to both ground themselves in storytelling and learn to share personal histories as a bridge to connecting with others. Personal props are encouraged
