 In what ways have we been taught to hate darkness through visual and written language. How has the fear of darkness manifested in our own spiritual speech and practices. In this workshop we learn to embrace and tend to our own darkness through movement, creative writing and vocal exercises. (2)  Cut, Copy, Mend: Zine making + the archive as healing work. In this workshop we will use zine making to tell stories that need to be told and to share important information that is often discarded.
